Being Euro based the liquidity of North American sports is not too great, but you can get an out of whack price sometimes.
It is catered to a different market, so if you are lookign to bet soccer, golf, tennis, etc then then is a book to have. If not, it is still worth having. Open an account, what have you got to lose?
