Anybody have an NHL Home Underdog System?

Seems like a remember in the Wagerline forum a post about playing dogs +140 or less at home.  If anyone can verify something like this or offer something new, I'd appreciate it.

 NHL - Bet on home dogs 100-150, do not chase.
Filter: Home dog must be at least 5-5 in last ten.
Must have beaten opponent at least once in last 5 meetings.

Maybe we can try Tony Stoffo's MLB Underdog system in NHL?

Plays Dogs up to +150
No Play if Dog team is on a 3-game losing streak.
No Play if Fav team is on a 3-game winning streak.
No play if fav team goalie is in top 10.

After a team goes on a losing streak of 4+ games then wins one, they're usually good for another win especially if their home.  To get live dogs n this situation look at poor teams. 

I have no record on this, it's not a system, just common betting knowledge of hockey for years.
