A failed system

This system was forwarded to me by a guy I was bullshitting with at a poker tourney.  I gave him my email address and he forwarded a system he created that is a bust according to him.  As soon as I figure it out I will post.  I see a bunch of formulas.

Take an NBA matchup. 

In Excel, list their scores of the last 3 games and total them.

For example, Team A and Team B.

90 + 99 = 189
100 + 87 = 187

Do this for both teams.  Last 3 games of each.

In 1 of the Excel cells type in the O/U # for the current matchup (let's say it is cell A1).

There are a handful of formulas I am going to post.  According to the creator he thought if all lined up he would have a winner but he said he went 2-12 L14 and that's why he quit it.

=FORECAST(F2,D2:D4,D5:D7)

=GROWTH(D2:D4,D5:D7,F2)

=MEDIAN(D2:D7,F2,F7,G7)

=AVERAGE(D2:D7)

=KURT(F2,F7,G7,H7,I7)

The human mind and the ego has always intrigued me. Bettors are so wrapped up in winning that they oversee something so simple as fading themselves. The thought of it is an embarassment.  Why?  Money is money and an envelope is what we strive for every week.  This guy at poker was so disgusted with the formula system and I was not about to mention fading it.

For college Thurs 2/23 the Under in the Bama/Ark game is what the system formula is showing as a play.

The back test is scary bad.  I can see why this guy stopped. I don't want to create a stir here because we all know shit happens but this program is fuckin terrible. Whatever he did was great as long as you fade.  I am going to run into him again because we all play at this poker house.
