Has anyone tried this system this year? I pull it out from last year. Anyone tried it? How is it doing?
HALFTIME (made up numbers...)
Team A
20-45 FG
5-10 3PT
10-17 FT
Regular Formula: (To calculate a score from boxscore) [(FG * 2) + (3PT * 3) + (FT * 1)] - (3PT *2)
[(20 * 2) + (5 * 3) + (10 * 1)] - (5 * 2) = 55 POINTS
Team B
20-45 FG
5-10 3PT
10-17 FT

Total score from both teams in the 1st half must be at least 42% or more and no more than 62% from O/U Vegas line. (meaning, a very low score in the 1st half will produce low numbers for 2nd half and a high score will produce a high number for 2nd half)
This is the formula.
[((Team(A) + Team(B) FG made * 2) * 2) + (Team(A) + Team(B) 3PT made * 3) + (Team(A) + Team(B) FT made * 1)]
With the above example:
Both teams made 20 FG's? That's 40 fg's for 1st half. Let's DOUBLE that amount for 2nd half = 80 FG's
*******NOTE*******: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, YOU ONLY DOUBLE FG'S MADE (You DO NOT double 3pt and FT's made.
(80 FG's * 2) + (10 3pt made * 3) + (20 FT's made * 1) = 210 points
210 points - 110 (1st half score) = 100 points for 2nd half.
Team A
