G LaMont you old box, A Jackson could have easily scored an in the park homerun.  Give us fans something to get excited over after this miserable start to this team this season. No wonder the REDSOX wouldnt hire you to be head coach.   Miggy,,hell of a homer (the first one)!!!

I see this strategy is still up and down...although all series except one, won.    Hopefully like most of the time the season flips back to normal after the all star break.    When teams eyeing the playoffs actually play these weaker teams tough.

I thought I would bump this to the top.  This system is interesting.  This thread is for around a half season when the author abandoned it, however, it started making a nice little.comeback before being abandoned again.  The first post has links to the previous two seasons that were successful.  The question is : is this system outdated, or will it again bring in a decent profit?

 It's going to be interesting to see how elimination of the shift and the pitch clock affect games.
