-13.5 or higher(ncaab) take under

I just looked at this today and noticed if you had taken the game where the favorite was -13.5 points or more and you took under total....you would be at 7 wins 1 loss.     Has anyone ever checked this out for past years and if so what would be the out come.....i am just talking about the teams that make it to the brackets,,,,,any input would be appreciated.....as always gl all
