Why did a bunch of my wins get taken away?

I had like about 1,710 career wins going into today but now it’s down to 1,696. What the hell? Man this site has gone downhill

Same thing happened to me. I was cruising in on 1500 wins and now I'm back at 1492. 

I'm thinking I will be packing it in at this site soon, I don't know if they have lost key staff or what, but it has gone downhill.

The lack of replies/responses to players concerns is very telling and gives the impression they don't have enough staff or just don't care.
