Just let him win. lol I'm not saying it should be legal that he has 2 accounts but I mean, why you so concerned? You're not gonna win anyways. Let someone that's actually going to win get upset. You're not the sharpest tool in the shed, are you? When a few people got to 21 to win the prize, they upped the number to 25. The moment people start crossing that new threshold and win, they'll up the number again. I'm against anyone other than myself getting to 25, because I have no interest in chasing an even higher threshold to win which is what will be the case if someone manages it before I do.
So with that total obviousness out of the way, that means it's in my best interests to alert the competition organisers if I become aware of someone cheating, because their potential success would ultimately impinge on my ability to experience such success (as already explained above). The children in the USSR who ratted out their parents didn't do so for their own benefit, they did so due to political brainwashing/for the benefit of the authorities. Those reporting cheats in this contest are doing so for their own long term benefit. Now please go back to your coloring books, because adult logic is clearly beyond you.

I strongly suggest you check with your parents if they are not related. Always remember that being what you are is not your fault. I heard covers staff did something much more simpler than we all imagined. They simply called the weather beaurue and arranged a little rain before the game of Pittsburgh and Cincy, then called the players on both teams individually and asked them if they are familiar with the Trigonometria. The word is none of the players got passed calculus, so, no one had an idea. Then covers just told the managers of the teams that if the game goes over - they will each get to sleep with KiwiSportsFan's sister. They said - oh no and the game went under.

17 got 1000 (always), 21 got 25,000 (always) and 25 will get 100k (so far 24 was the highest).
