How often is a tipster's RSI updated? Does anyone tail the tipsters with better RSI scores than the streak leaders? It seems to be a measure of a tipster's apparent edge...is that correct?

what's a tipster? check WestsBest's RSI it's still 5 yet 6-14 last 20
