Picks not registering.

Today I picked the 76'ERS-Knicks game to go under, (I had 216.5) but in my picks' history and streak shows I picked nothing. This happened to me a week ago when I picked game 5 of the Canadiens-Lightning game to go over 5.5, (This one lost.) and again it showed I picked nothing. Is anybody else having this problem? I thought I was crazy the first time and convinced myself what I knew to be true didn't really happen. I know 1000% I made the pick for tonight's game. If somebody from Covers is reading this, how does the problem get solved?

 Did you view profile after picking to see if your pick listed?, if its showing then it went through...
