I'm in the same boat.  Unfortunately, Covers doesn't care.  This site has gone to the dumps in recent years.  Fewer contests.  Slow response times. Poor maintenance.  And you can expect the normal comments about what do you expect from a free site.  But my response to that is that it was free years ago when it was run professionally and efficiently.
