Hey everyone I reached 9 the other day and haven't gotten an email yet for claiming the hat prize. I also contacted covers but haven't heard back. Also want to thank covers for this awesome free contest

It takes a few weeks, you should receive it. On Covers Contact Page (https://www.covers.com/covers/about/contact.aspx), there is a number you can call, 1-800-840-9677. GL

I've played your contests for years and never had an issue with receiving an email from you when I won a hat (4 total), but when I won my fifth last month, and never received an email, and then finally noticed that the notification was sent to my covers.com Inbox.
You've apparently changed the method by which you request confirmation, please review this with upper-level and recognize that many others have also had this problem, when deciding on whether the time to reply has expired. I really don't care too much about the hat, as the last 2 I received are of the latest style, and are far from worn. But others on the forum who have won may be winning a hat for the first time.

UPDATE: Apparently I have either chosen to unsubscribe from email notifications, or I have been checked off accidentally for PMs (covers.com Inbox messages). Since I don't know how to unsubscribe from email notifications ...
Good luck to anyone else who has this issue. Just sharing that it might be in your covers.com Inbox
