I had a 9 game streak that ended last week. How can i claim my prize, for i Cant figure it out

First of all, make sure your profile is up to date, especially with your correct e-mail address. Make sure that e-mail address doesnt throw covers e-mail into spam. Covers is usually on top of contacting winners. If this has all failed, its better to contact them directly instead of on the forum. At the bottom of this page, there is a Customer Service-contact us link.

Yes, you should've got an email from them, you just need to reply back with that email and also your current mailing address.  Congrats

i think u only have 3 days too.

i havent seen the email , and was looking everyday cause someone also said it comes within first few days after streak
