Anyone got any good hedging ideas? Ive got 2 picks left to get to 17 and the $1000 payday. I've already knocked on wood so I'm pretty sure this post won't jinx me.

I'm currently at 12. Just pray and hit the submit button lol. I'm 17-1-0 in last 18 streak picks. Tonight I'm on the over 38 on Monday Night Football. I wish you the best dude.

there is optimum (best) strategy in which case you will win equal amount no matter what the outcomes of last 2 picks are.
this means you can win at least 330 or more depending on odds you get betting in your sportsbook.
This is how it works.
Your bet is opposite of your pick, and your bet is + money. Exaplem for today: you bet Minnesota over 5.5 (+110 even better in some books), but you survivor pick is UNDER 5.5
you bet 300 to win 330
if your survivor pick loses, you win 330, game over
if your survivor pick wins, you lose 300. you go on to pick 17
so you do same for pick 17, bettting + 110 money for 300 and choosing opposite for your survivor pick.
if your survivor pick loses, you win 330, game over
if your survivor pick wins, you lose 300 (total 600) and get 1K. you win 400 this way.
if you make it to17, there is strategy from pick 17 to pick 21 to win at least 2K (i think 2700+), but bets will be increasing as you go until pick 20. we can discuss when it happens

Thanks Toples this is what I'm looking for. However I don't think your way works. If I lose 300 on pick 16 and only bet 300 on pick 17 if I win my bet I will only be ahead slightly.
If I start with 600 in my account.
Bet 1 bet 300 lose 300
My account is now at 300
Bet 2 bet 300 win 330
My account is now at 630
If I only win 330 on my second bet I will just be recovering my losses from the first bet plus 30
Am I missing something?
