due to consensus

I've played this game for a long time and still don't understand that if a selection can't be picked "due to consensus" why not just take it off the board. If the line changes or an OVER is available but not the UNDER then remove the under from selections.

All that means is it hasn't fallen off board yet visually but their computer has already locked it out...keep checking back it will be gone eventually
