consensus rule

I tried to put in a pick for the survivor contest and got a message that I could not make that selection due to the consensus rule. I read the rules and could not find this. Does anyone know what this is?

Hi there,

If a game has a heavy consensus (over 66.6% of picks) on one side, it can be removed from the board of available games in Survivor.
