Trying to get back into the win column after 4 days of losing by one game... sigh... always seem to hit the difficult picks, but losing on the chalk... snake bitten I guess.

Damn it's windy in Southern Ontario... hopefully that wind is blowing in some better luck...
Atlanta @ 1.80
While this seems to be a popular Dog pick today, you have to understand why. With the exception of Wright and Reyes, the Mets bats are ice cold, and Hudson has already handled them once this season. Maine has struggled with command in his last few starts.
Arizona @ 1.65
D-Backs are the better team, with the better pitcher playing in a pitchers park! Say that 5 times fast! lol Padres
NY Yankees @ 1.60
While both clubs are starting big 'question marks' on the mound today, I like the Yankees chances of getting to Sowers today. After a shaky start back in the line-up yesterday, I look for Arod to get back in the swing of things, with Giambi starting to heat-up. The over looks like a strong play as well.
Kovalev @ 1.80
Can't bet the Habs for 1.40, no value. However, the Canadiens go as far as Kovalev goes. Against a relatively slow defensive unit, expect the Habs to try and open it up a bit in game 2. I think you'll see Kovalev with Koivu and Higgins again to start the game on the first unit.
Boston @ 1.55
TB is a good young squad but look for the Red Sox to bounce back today against Edwin Jackson, who'se been serving em up of late donating 11 runs in 9 1/3 innings of work. And here's something, even though they've struggled as of late, the Red Sox are batting nearly .300 as a team (.299 as of now)
Will likely only play 4 of these 5... but good luck with however you seem them today!
