Habs Big - Redemption for Gainey on opening night? On the Road? Scoring will be the difference - and the Habs have more. And with the additional of actually decent defencemen, I'll go by 2.
Vancouver Calgary SHOOTOUT - betting a shootout is lame, yes, but these two teams are going to be solid this year. Opening night maybe a little tight.
San Jose by a goal over the Avalanche. Sure they're healthier right now then the were all last year, and they'll be having a Joe Sakic ceremony, but Heatley and Thornton plus Sets and Marleau will be way too much for them. Probably by 2, but I'll go with one. Whose in net for Colorado again?
