with a PAR +.5 bet you wont lose anything if PAR wins. If PAR wins OR draws you win. That simple. Only ITA winning is a loss on this bet.

ok ok seems to be geernal consesus I do my own thread. I am hitting way more then most (even Van the man himself) but seem to be getting little respect for doing so...
Might just stick with the boxing altogether, more love over there 
. Joking will post tomorrow's picks in my own thread..

The reason I hate Vanzack's bet is that I feel he is on the wrong side here with Paraguay. Let me give you an example of how my thinking works...
Let's say, I am investing 1200 bucks on this game (I'm investing more but using this as my example).
1000 is being played on the Italy draw no bet @ -200...
100 on the 0-0 @ +500..
100 on the 1-1 @ +500...
If Italy wins thats 500 bucks win, -200 for the missed draw(s) so that's 300 bucks profit.
If the game ends up 0-0 or 1-1 you get your orginal bet back. You win 500 bucks -100 for the other missed draw so that's 400 bucks profit. If the game goes against the general train of thought and finishes 2-2 then your only down 200 bucks.
Of course Paraguay can win, there have been alot bigger shocks in world cup history. But with a team like Italy (great tradition, defending champs) I would rather be on there side then Paraguay's who are +300 and in World cup's more often then not fail to deliver after impressive qualifying campaign's in South America.
I leave Van's thread on a High :-)! My 2 Big bets today hit, Germany hit last night. Just one less and stated Japn v Cameron should be low stakes. Hopefully, I will have some sort of following when I post tomorrow's play's on my own thread tomorrow. Good Luck to Vanzack and you all for the rest of the tourney...

I agree with Double Up and Red Dust,
I am against many picks/opinions of Vanzack as well but I don't come here try to bash the guy or post my own picks to get attention (not that my picks are winners,that's another thing
)
Like or hate his picks,I am giving him credit for long analysis and write up's when most soccer forum posts don't have reasonings but only picks.And he didn't get that many views because he paid people to check his thread
So,please let's not indirectly mock his picks or try to get attention from him,if you are that pretentious,post your own thread

but then again your sentence above makes me think you are jealous vanzack has gotten this attention and wanted to prove you are better capper,no need for those childish competitions,go kill the books,it makes all of us happyhe is not your target,the bookies are.

elsewhere why post all that when I already have stated I will start my own thread and have already done so?? I appreciate people like Van doing write -ups. I do the same in boxing, but just didn't have the time day to day. Just because my writeups are not as impressive doesn't mean people should ignore my or anyone else's picks on this forum who writeups have not been as impressive.
I am hitting far better then Van thus far, shouldn't it be about the number if winners instead of long writeups? I really don't get people who tail guys due to impressive write-ups. You should tail people that regulary post winners! Now I am sure Van will bounce back, today was a good day but I don't understand why you want to put me down even though I post alot of winnners on this site...
