This morning around 645. I'm in North Philly by myself. I was getting materials out of my truck for this job. There was this guy a block away started yelling at his girl, threw her up against the wall, then punched her a few times in the ribs. I was just about to run down when she continued screaming, then she started punching herself in the face and whacking her head. I didn't know what to do at that point. If I intervene, there's a chance they both attack me because they're probably hopped up on something. They continued down the street then turned a corner.

If you see the videos online of North Philly, mainly Kensington (K&A), it's gut wrenching. I believe that's where the walking dead will start.
