@G8RB8 Too many pints of beer and cheeseburgers My grandfather, who lived in Manchester and was a big Man United fan, would tell me that after the games the "lads" would hit up the pub next to old trafford and have a few. This was back in the 60's. Things have changed a ton since then, with diets and training and all that jazz, so that doesn't happen today but back then they drank and smoked so their fitness was nothing like players today.
