Well ... I represent the little girl ... She's 13 ... 7th grade ... She's been bullied for months ... 4 weeks ago, bully jumped her ... I have fb video ... Bully broke bully's wrist in fight ... My client snaps (she's 20 lbs lighter) and jumps out car and fights bully ... Bully had wrist cast ... Mom and dad jump out of car to break up fight ... Once again I have fb video ... Everyone goes their separate way ... One week later, three uniformed officers arrest my 13 yr old client in the hall at school ... Charging her with a 3rd deg felony for .. get this ... Assault on the disabled ...
