Hey Bake........Question........in which I think I have the answer.......

I played that Queens 2-0 exact in this pride only contest........I actually played the scores of 2-0, 3-0 and 2-1 exact knowing if any of these expected numbers hit it would mean a profit of +1.9 - +2.9 units.........or something along those lines......

If I understood your rules correctly, I couldn't play all three because they were separate wagers.........is that correct?  I think this was unlike BigBubba's pick last week with the three but all wrapped in one wager???????

INVEST, I saw the same wager on 5dimes for 2-0 at +507.  That wager is valid.

 

You are correct that separate wagers averaged together are not allowed, with 2 exceptions:

1) If it is an NTL (Not to Lose) wager where you bet the draw line and money line to come up with a +.5 line)  I will check the accuracy of this type of wager on www.absoluteodds.com Double Chance.

Example: Betting Team X moneyline +225 and draw +275 to come up with your NTL line.


2) You place a wager and the book SPECIFICALLY states its for a range of scores similar to BigGameBubbas bet this past weekend.

 

If this gets crazy out of hand (because the european books have 600 million type of soccer wagers that I am unable to verify) then we will go back to simple side and total plays. 


Thabeest allowed these types of plays last year with very little issue, and I want to continue that.

lajohn, you have to get your terminology correct for me to score these correctly in the future.

Team A "moneyline" means the team MUST win.  Draws lose.

Team A "NTL" is the same as +.5 on the spread and your team can draw or win and you win the wager.

 

NTL bets are MUCH more expensive

 

I will grade this as a win because they won outright, but I wouldnt have been able to honor that +115 as an NTL price.

Instead of +340, it should have been

READING to WIN @ +240 (Betfair)

Apologies, sir. Betfair prices indicate a return including your stake and I forget to then take the stake of to suit the American style odds.

Apologies once again.
