Doesn't help that even though Leicester concedes to everyone that the Hammers can't even get one goal. But yeah that was a tough offsides call. I asked it yesterday and still love an answer on this... explain offsides to me. It just seems like it rewards lazy defense in soccer.

Doesn’t change my feelings on VAR. it’s tiresome to literally see your dick of nose offside yet somehow that is the difference between G/NG

Ohhh you are never going to get an argument with me on VAR. Honestly WTF is the point of VAR if it isn't to reduce goals. In all sports the commissioners are trying to do all they can to increase scoring but soccer institutes a shitty review system to reduce scoring. Hell most guys look afraid to celebrate until they at least double check to make sure no one raised a flag or the ref isn't signaling for VAR review. That just takes away the emotion and drama of the game. No I am not a fan and never will be.
Like I said in my earlier post though explain offsides to me. Someone who has knowledge of the game. The way they explain it is that you can't get behind the defender. Okay well then doesn't that reward lazy D. What would prevent a defender from every moving closer to the goal then if they are just going to call it offsides. I never understood it and can't stand it.
