Yeah - the Uruguay bet was a coinflip at +225 - so I totally agree with you - I would bet it again too.

Sincerely thanks for your input during world cup. This was my first experience betting soccer and you helped make it a profitable one. The overs call today was the icing on the cake. I've sent you a friend request, would like to pm you for some information if you don't mind. Thanks again.

Vanzack, great job to this point, you're saying bet the draw (I think it's about +240)? How do you explain going against the octupus (7-0 now after Germany win today) who picks Spain? Can Holland win this in regualtion time? - if you believe it, that's where the value is, over/under is 2 total and 1 on each team.

Van, Thanks for your effort. Whether I agreed or disagreed with any particular pick throughout the tourney, I always factored your insight in deciding my final wager. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

This thread should be required reading for all Psychology grad students.
Isn't it a shame that the best bet in sports only comes once every four years? Easy money but so rare. Just totally depressing...good luck to all tomorrow...

Van, my deep thanks and respect to you. I am very grateful that you shared your insights, it certainly helped me. I hold you in high regard, and the result today will not change that. I was thinking Spain, but I cannot go against you. Thank you.

I am kind of intrigued because the ref for this game has not yet awarded a penalty, or a red card or maybe not even a yellow. Does the fact that Mr. Webb is the ref present an angle on a prop bet that involves officiating?
