screw you Danno. I mean that. You know how much effort that I have gone to in the boxing forum. How many big bets on fights did I get wrong? Like one ? maybe two. Mack... let me break it down for you... people are here looking for picks and info... not someone to worship. People would probably be fine reading your picks and info, except you DEMAND they worship you. Does that make sense?

Let me try it another way... you think you are a good capper.. and hey, maybe you are... but NOBODY CARES because you are such a POMPOUS DICK... did that make sense?

Or how about i tell everyone to bet 100k on Mardy Fish this afternoon and if he wins i must be declared the best handicapper ever. And if he doesn't win i will comeback with 1 million dollar bet on the Texas Rangers and surely that will mean i am god... does that make sense?

What are you trying to prove? that you are the best capper? to who? why? ask yourself these questions.

Thanks Vanzack for the "Over" tip on Uruguay/Germany-----man, that was easy!  Ian Darke just called this match "ridiculously open, but thoroughly entertaining".  You called it----it's a bet that I definitely wouldn't have come up with on my own.  Hopefully you've helped people stick it to "the man"----sportsbooks and bookies----worldwide!

There are no suspensions for this game - only the concern of team selection by managers who might be looking to reward substitute players who havent seen much time.  But the Uruguay manager Oscar Tabares has already set the lineup - and it is the same lineup that he has had throughout - so unless something changes - Uruguay will play their starters.  Im not so sure about Germany, and Lowe has apparantly had the flu along with Podolski and Klose - so not much about starting lineups has come out.  Tabares has been quoted "We absolutely want to win this match and it's a collective effort." - and I sense the same - and is why I am betting Uruguay to win 3rd place.  Germany played (and won) this game 4 years ago - but that was at home in front of a home crowd - I cant imagine that Germany has the same motivation as little Uruguay to win 3rd place here.  Add to that that I genuinely feel like Uruguay feels totally slighted by the treatment they have received after the Suarez handball incident - I think they will be out to prove something to everyone.  And giving me +225 is just the icing on the cake.
 
I just cant imagine a lot of closing down of space and ball in this match.  I think it will be a match where there are few fouls, and a certain amount of "professional space" will be allowed on the ball and in passing lanes to create chances.  There are a slew of players near the top of the Golden Ball award in this game, and they might just get a chance to move up past Sneijder and Villa.  Can they miss the chances?  Can the GK's shine?  Can the ball just not go in the net?  Yes, of course.  But I do think that for your money you are going to get an open game with lots of quality on net - and Im not sure you can buy 2 more efficient teams right now in front of the net - so my money is on goals.

I rarely say it....

But I am pissed I didnt have more on the over. 

The Uruguay bet was a good one, and I would do it again and again - that was a 50/50 game and I was getting +235 - so I cant be upset with that.

But now I have to wait 3 years and 364 days to bet the over.

Shoulda had more on it.
