i'm almost well from horrible food poisoning..05/29/10

...I woke up sick Tuesday morn.....then it went from bad to worse...even the very healthy Mrs billyloco stayed home with me Thursday due to the same symptons...she still won&#x27;t eat much except for fruit cups....i had a delicious raisin bread/chz/egg white sandwich grilled, my first solid food in 3 days...can&#x27;t even stand the smell of coffee right now...i just fear it was from the church potluck dinner last Sunday evening when there were 22 types of foods from different groups....shoulda stuck to my own shrimp...back tomorrow, just looking at this screen makes my eyes hurt..peace..

Billy, if you are trying to shed a ouple pounds before your anniversary, i know of about 10 better and more healthy ways to do it...

This might've been your "church" neighors way of getting you back for talking gambling with everyone at the last Church BBQ!!!
