Final game of the day, and I'm struggling to see what I'm missing. Like why is Switzerland such a short favorite given how they trashed a decent Hungary team and Scotland got trashed?!?
I think this game goes the way of a tight opening half but I just cannot see how Switzerland doesn't get the job done considering they know with a win they will move on. I'm also tempted to take them in the FH considering what I just stated. Even more enticing with the Asian odds. Only thing that concerns me is that the 'BIG" teams/countries to play this round of games have fallen asleep in the 2nd half. I'm torn whether or not to back Scotland to score, I just don't see them really breaking down the Swiss defense who have not given up a goal in 3 of their last 5 games played. With that being said, and Scotland not having won since beating lowly Gibraltar, I'm left wondering how they even got into the tournament (I know, they had very favorable matchups). I don't see things changing much in this game either.

That's really all I have for this game. Not trying to press anything and I typically don't chase. Had an awful NBA season but other than that been firing winners in my other top sports (NFL, NCAAF, and usually NBA) for years by not chasing. BUT....I will be around at halftime and might put in a 2nd half play depending on results and game script. I'll update the record in a few.

I was gonna say taking the FH under means we're against one another.
At this point I would take the FH draw and lose half my play thanks to the Asian odds.
Of course I'd love a 2nd for Switzerland before half but I'm not being greedy after a minor rescue.

I keep thinking how is Switzerland not going to score second half but then I revert back to how I was thinking the same the past couple days in this round of games and was left bitterly disappointed. Maybe this will be different b/c the teams are tied and both really do need this game. I don't see a defensive 2nd half as Switzerland have Germany next game. I just can't see this as a tie at the end of the half so OVER 1 (-150) looks really good.

So happy I didn't press. The loss even though it was half will still count as a full loss, the same it would if it were a win. Just being transparent. Once again, the late game sees no 2nd half goals and the early game goes OVER. Something to watch for moving forward.
Solid day, will be back late tonight definitely won't be awake for the early match even though I will have a play on it

lol…. It’s not about early games go over because they are early games…. It’s about matchups and a situation the teams are in at the moment. Swiss needed an even match to get the point to advance, Germany has a solid D … under 31/2 was a gift …. Croatia is highly overrated, Albania underrated…. Draw fair but that game could go both ways, so could go the Swiss game … all 3 games were highly predictable but still you needed a great peace of luck to get the “right” results…. From now on you have to watch what team needs what kind of results to Advance from the group…. The elimination games should be easier to bet on since there will be less bs….. always watch your plays …. Good luck…. I will keep in T…

I was in Michigan dunes - no internet…. Even if I would post it…. It would have won but with great deal of luck…. I promise, I will participate at least with some thoughts…. Used to play hi level soccer in Europe when in my teens…. I think I know what I am talking about…

my wife was with me…. ;)…. She was kicking my ass for not betting:)))…. I am from Chicago…. No internet and out of state….. was very expensive one day trip for not having any action…. Think about this one…. Slovakia /under/ draw…
