Got a little nervous once Robben finally baited the official into giving him an undeserved PK. Thankfully the GK made an amazing save to keep it a tie and prevent any unlucky crazy endings. Bayern was diving all over the place. Overall quite the enjoyable game to watch, and made better when you are on the right side. Thanks BB

Nice hit Brit. I wish I read your take before betting the -1.5. But c'est la vie.
Regardless of the 1-1 result, what Bayern is doing is unbelievable. Greatest ever? Who knows. Who cares. Bundesliga teams other than Bayern haven't looked as good during second round competition in CL.
Still, I didn't think they could improve on LY's performance and they're showing that they can.
But they're still incredibly dominant this year.

This was even easier than I expected. Bayern playing on 50% and the Gunners were pretty toothless. And how the people that were taking Bayern on the Spread didn't notice the 31 year trend, is what I don't get. It's not like it's exactly easy to miss.

Could be on some 2H plays as well. BOL everyone.

Does anyone know what part of "no bitching" rule the Franz character didn't get??? What's wrong with people like him?? I guess he doesn't get betting on your favorite team has nothing to do with your love for your favorite team.... but he does think Bayern are the greatest team of all time. Couldn't be more wrong on both.

No mixing league form here. Not sure if anyone told you yet.......Bayern are the defending Champions League Champions. They have their two best players back today in Ribery and Schweinsteiger. Are Bayern heavily juiced and Bet ? Of course they are. But it's for good reason. No PUBLIC OVERREACTION here. I don't bet on 9 good minutes of football at home either. Yesterday 2-1, with both parleys still in play. 154-93-16 YTD 62%. The % has fallen off slightly due to a very mediocre last week, but still managed to make money, despite 6-8 bad beats and just one lucky win. At least this one has has a promising start.

Franz didn't come to discuss anything, don't turn a blind eye to what is obvious, he came to have a dig at me. I was jut about to place my bets and write another public overreaction post, when I came up with something I didn't like at all....
Initially, I was looking at Barca -1 as public is in love with City today for some reason. I can't understand why, They feel there's tons of value in City +1/ML and besides the fact that Kun is back(but rusty at best), there is nothing there to suport this. So I did a little checking and came up with the trend that Barca has played vs an English team 9 times in the KO rounds(3 finals excluded) since 2000., but manged to win just 3 of the home encounters (including 2 vs Arsenal, which is a poor man's Barca).
My numbers are shownig the fair line at 1.60, so no line value either way. Which probably means I'll lay off. I'm 100% sure the wider public isn't aware of the fact that Barca has struggled at home vs English teams and I can't find another angle to push me onto City's side either. Actually, it's all Barca after that from where I'm standing.
I will wait for the line ups to make my final decision on the matter, but most likely no action pre-game for me. Maybe something nice will present itself from the live/in game markets.

Well you can rest easy as only Pep's teams do that 1000 passes between two CD's *hit.
PSG are still "unproven" at this level, which means the owners and most of the players are still hungry for wins regardless of the blowout in the first leg. Zlatan is still scoring at will vs teams like Bayer and he's in fight with CR for the best scorer, so I'm 100% sure he'll play. No Matuidi and Verrati means Motta will probably make the starting 11. Cavani is probably back in the line up too after missing the last game.
Don't know about a blow out but Zlatan will push them to same point which should be good enough for them to pick up the W. The spread will depend on weather the Germans try to make something of this game or not.

I think the best measure of Bayer's quality are the 2 times they got their behind kicked by MU, who we all know, can't beat anyone these days especially away.

I have the same reasoning but I know a lot of PSG fans/friends that say it is silky to bet on PSG tonight as yesterday on Bayer
I think Cavani and Ibra are hungry for personnal stats too and they play tonight.
The midfield will be quite offensive with quality passes and risks Cabaye Rabiot Pastore

I like PSG as well.. tough to cap a 2nd leg after a 1st leg blowout but to me it works both ways.. Case can be made for psg coasting with advancement in hand but imo the same or even stronger case can be made about Kusen not caring at all about this game.. on the road, have been in bad form, no chance to advance, have to focus on righting the ship domestically… not with the most confidence but i feel psg -1 is worth a play.. and as BB and Vice both mentioned if Ibrah and cavani are on the pitch they really only know how to play attacking futbol for which kusen has no answer imo…
*Waiting on all lineups before any play here.. BOL..
