   if you wanna think it in your head this how its done ( 1.67 what number do i need to turn the  .67 into 100 answer is 37 so then put the 1 ahead so thats -137 or you can think it this way 1.95 what do you need to turn 1.95 into 2.0 the answer is 5 so your odd would be -105) i hope that helped ..and if the odds are over 2.0 then you need to take one off and put your +   Like 2.0 is PK and 2.30 is +130 or 3.50 is +250.. otherwise you can use a tool as recommended by BAKE's post.  (thanx Bake)
