Blues let me down last week with a mistake riddled penalty bloodbath of a performance. And they still walked away with a draw! Much has been said about the improvement shown by the Reds but to be honest the Blues did everything in their power to hand them that game. Reds have to show a lot more before I'm prepared to acknowledge that they are half decent.
This week is a must win game for the Waratahs after copping a shellacking (no, not on the final scoreboard) from the Highlanders, who incidentally played a magnificent 1st half. Looks like Foley (and probably Gill unfortunately) will be back and Tahs will be much better balanced as a result. Yes the game is in Brisbane but if Tahs can't put up a 7 point better performance than the Blues did then they're not a hope in Hades of winning this comp.
I'm getting in early and I'm having a little extra on because the price is too tempting.
Waratahs -6.5 @ $1.95 for $120.
