Southland/Manawatu match weather

I noted that it has been raining in Invercargill since 3PM with heavier rain due starting at 5 PM through out the match...Wind speed 24KMH throughout match.  So was wondering if the under would be the play given the weather conditions.

Southland are shithouse and shouldn't put too many points up but the total is set quite low for this one. Not going to bother with the total personally
