Wales V France Under 36 
Of the last 12 Semi finals 6 have gone under 33 points of the rest only one scratched below 50 points with 48. The others notched up 50, 74, 74, 54 and 55 points. So from history semis are either a tight affair or a blow out. I cant see these two sides playing an open free flowing high scoring match.
Wales pool matches against quality opposition went well below this number with totals of 33 and 27 I would expect a similar number here 17-16 Wales
