6 penalty convsersions just in this first half alone(Chiefs/Crusaders),,,

They need to make a penalty goal worth 1 point in this sport

Agreed.

You work hard and score 5 points. You do nothing and score 3 points.

It is rugby you are always going to have penalties even if you penalise a team 9 points for each infringement.

Just watch Northern Hemisphere rugby. It's 10 times worse especially in the Premiership

Mentality is always 3 points first, scoring a try in the game is simply considered a bonus
