Everyone bangs on about how dominant Qld have been over the past 3 series, yet they have all been 2-1 victories. Given the incompetence of NSW selectors, one has to wonder how different things could have been.
I'd love to know how one would be if they'd backed the dog with the start every game.

I'll be on NSW as well.

From1-7, NSW backline have scored more tries, more try assists, made more tackles and missed less tackles than their QLD counterparts.
This is what I love about the NSW team this year, the selectors have based it purely on form and not on reputation which is the trap they have fell into over the past few years.
Also in 2006 in Game 1 when QLD started this current run of 3 consecutive series wins, they fielded 7 debutants in their run on side. Therefore I don't buy this notion of QLD being more experienced is going to give them a significant edge.
7 more hours can't wait....best show on turf

A lot been said about the backline for QLD.....
So far this season in the NRL up until Round 12:

I love stats. You can make them look however you want. I agree with everything you have said though, it is all true.
I'll add, Hodges is statistically the 2nd worst defensive centre in the NRL
Remember when Brisbane played Penrith a while back? Hodges was clearly worried about Jennings' pace and footwork because everytime Jennings got the ball he raced out of the line to cut down his time.
I expect a lot of traffic to be sent his way tonight.
