His record as senior coach for the Wallabies is average at best - his record against the benchmark team in the world rugby during his tenure has been pathetic

His continual chopping and changing of players in key positions reflects the confused state of Australian rugby. The style of play under Deans has regressed, watching the Wallabies play under someone like Rod McQueen was far more entertaining than what they are dishing up now. No wonder rugby is dying in Australia

Cooper's recent marks (if true) doesn't really shed Deans in a good light in terms of how training sessions are conducted and the overall environment of the Wallaby team

Hopefully Ewen McKenzie is appointed as the head coach at the end of the Tri Nations. A position he should have been given back in 2008 when Deans was appointed
