I've noticed that at the Bogon book the OU is set at 39.5. The first half total is set at 18.5.
I'm inclined to take the over for the first half and probably even the over for the game. I don't see France scoring a lot but I do see them putting up kicks. On the other end I do see the all blacks scoring then shutting up shop with 20 minutes to go.
Thoughts ?
