Since they got rid of some of the rubbish in their side, the Roosters have been playing well and have won successive games over the Dragons and the Sharks. With Hayne looking like going back to fullback then the Eels have do not have much in the halves with the Roosters pairing of Pearce and Anasta playing well and should be able to dictate the play for them. The Eels are where they are because they have too many plodders in their side and with the Roosters on some late season momentum, they look well placed to win again, and sure that their coach Smith will be especially keen to win here as he got sacked from the Eels, and would like nothing better than compounding their misery. Roosters have won 3 of the last 4 meetings and won well last year at Parramatta, so like them to do so again here

Best team in the competition and they are underdogs in this game? Something is not right about this, and especially after watching the Bulldogs cause the Sea Eagles defence plenty of problems last week, some of their forwards are going to get a work out when Smith scoots out of dummy half. The Bulldogs really worked their forwards and soem of the big boys were struggling to stay with the pace of the game. Expect the Storm to lok to play the ball quickly, while on defence, they are hard to get past as they scramble very well as a unit. Besides Smith and Slater, the rest of the side jsut give 100% week in and week out, and they get the job done. Like the Storm here
