I'm going against most of you and taking Qld in game 1. Origin for me is about the big names - how many times has a Langer, Lewis, Lockyer, Sterling etc been the difference in these types of games? I can remember quite a few. NSW is a good side, and in form, but I just cant see the 'star' quality in the NSW side, where the Qld backline has many.
The forward battle will be interesting - if NSW gets on top then perhaps they can nullify the Qld backs, but I cant really see it happening.
You can look at stats of the NRL, but it really is meaningless, because, IMO, origin is a totally different game to NRL.
I hate margins, but I equally hate the line for this game.
