Note 2: BetOnline.com currently has a prop bet regarding whether someone will break the 40-yard dash record of 4.24 seconds.

So no at -220. 

And definitely NO after seeing this on the same page:

Over 4.29 seconds  -120
Under 4.29 seconds  -120

It would take a bit of research, of course. But it's not that much of a surprise anymore when someone pops a 4.3.

But seeing that 4.29 prop is a good sign the -220 on NO for breaking the 4.24 mark will win.
