They are fine if you bet small, as you have stated in the past you do.
Great book if that is the case. They have some great options.
Have had two accounts closed with them. Once was bc I went 13-1 on a minor sevens rugby event. Rather not go into the other time.
Like all UK books they don't tolerate winners and will limit you big or close your account. But fine and that doesn't apply if you are small time.

It's legal as they'll have something in the TOS about only serving recreational punters which they can declare arbitrarily. If you bet large/max limits and hit good streaks like Davenz did their risk management flag you as a pro and will limit your stakes, ban you from markets or from the entire book.
They will pay you out, just they'll crack the shits take their ball home and tell you to play elsewhere.
Yeah bet365 is UK based too.
1k paydays now and then are fine, what it mostly applies to are sharp bettors who are betting large and consistently taking a book for a ride for da big bucks mang. Large multi's can do it too. There was something on the sportsbet facebook awhile ago about a guy who won over 2k from a 3.50 box trifecta and they banned him from fixed odds racing. Not sure how much he'd won on racing before that though. Still pretty lame, nothing you can do, spread your action over several books with the best prices and numbers and if you want to unload on something do it on pinnacle.

Both Paddy and 365 are legit, but both also quickly restrict winning punters. Paddy is probably the record for me where I got restriced to betting like 10 euros max after less than a week of using them! Bet365 is a bit better, but they will also restrict winning punters sooner or later. They're called Bet £3,65 for a reason.
