Have i been screwed? anyone who had 2nd half for knights game inside

Okay i laid what i thought was a 2nd half bet and the line was set@ +8.5 little did i know it was a live in game bet, the score was 24-6@ half time and the line went up@ half time anyways i thought i had a won but i had lost as the roosters won 30-18, this is with canbet, i know sportingbet had 2nd half bet set@ +8.5 as well and scoring starts 0-0, but they saying to me that +8.5 was the live in game bet, and that was the correct line,

and i chatted to them saying that sporing bet had +8.5 for 2nd half and scoriing starts @ 0-0 so how can canbet be that for live betting +8.5

so you had knights +8.5 at half time?

you lost, roosters won by 12.

I thought i put knights +8.5 for 2nd half, sporing bet had knights +8,5 and 2nd half total@ 24 or something, how can the knights be +8,5 for just second half only one sporting bet@1.90 and canbet +8.5 for full game i thought it was a second half bet i was putting as the line came up 2nd half

It's very important to ensure that you do not mistake the 2H bet with the Live In Game bet here. That Canbet line of Knights +8.5 to me looks like the Live In Game number.

I was on the Knights -9.5 2H at Centrebet (which is equivalent to a full game Knights+8.5) bet which loss.

Your bookie would've been silly to give you the Knights as a plus 8.5 for the 2H bet as that would translate to the knights getting plus 26.5 for the full game. Either that or they've made a silly error.

i dont know but considering the knights pre game were about 41.17 -16 to win no way would they be getting a 8.5 head start for the 2nd half only result, i checked centrebet also at HT(roosters with 18 points lead) and the full match spread was roosters -8.5 also but then knights 2nd half only result was knights -10.



maybe you just mis understood.

hmmm yeah maybe but im so sure i saw +8.5 on sporting bet too and the 2nd half total @ 24

Sorry for the typo above but two of my Books had their 2H numbers as follows:

Centrebet: Knights -8.5 2H

Luxbet: Knights -9 2H

Okay i dont know where you got the line
 
and  i just emailed sportingbet.com.au and they did say Newcastle was +8.5 2nd half line
