Have bet on this league for years. One of my fav rugby comps to bet on. There is one thing I've never fully understood though.

Home teams SU winning record is insane. The strike rate is higher than any other sport I'm aware of. I've never fully understood why this is the case, sure I have my own thoughts, but would be interested in other peoples insight/opinions.

Because French people are cats and can't handle playing in an environment where people are cheering against them

The Top 14 is the most ridiculous domestic rugby competition in the world

The turnover of players from week to week by the coaches is reflective of the attitude of the national team. The top teams are the worst offenders because of their massive squads.

Standard practice for teams like Toulon, Toulouse, Stade Francais to change their entire starting XV week on week

One week Racing Metro were like -25 point favorites

The next week they were +15 underdogs because they were fielding a whole bunch of academy players
