I can see your reasoning on the under, but with Canberra's defence and Melbourne being at home, despite missing Billy and Cam they could still pile on tries and may leak a few themselves. These aren't teams I'm keen on unders on cause Storm even playing in torrential rain can send a total of 42 over on their own, especially if they fire against a rabble team.

Maybe the Storm Team Total under like 27.5 if you think they'll have problems scoring.
