Hey Winsnow999, The PL is like a point spread. The team you take with a -1.5 pl has to win by 2 goals, and the +1.5 can lose by one goal for you still to win.  I wouldn't jump into to hockey with there only being 1 or two games left.  Wait till next season and go ahead!

PENS ML +110.  Osgood's getting sloppy, PENS too tough at home...this series goes to game 7 in Detroit.

Im staying away from this one.  You really cant choose a team here.  It all depends on who comes to play.  I have a feeling you are going to see an awesome ending to an incredible series.  I was at Game 5 and to be honest... the wings really should have pulled that one out... the problem was they ran into a Fleury that we have only heard about.  The outcome of this game is the sole reason why the pens chose him so high in the draft!  He was unreal.  The wings outplayed them, out shot them, outhit them, and they wanted it more.  they really only had one problem and they couldnt even fix that kink (Fleury).  I expect another close one, more scoring than most, and i think det pulls through.

I agree with everything you say Andre. Except for the wanting it more part. I'm quite certain that 1st period was the worst hockey the Wings played in all the playoffs. That was some of the worst hockey I've seen them play maybe all year. Throw in how badly they played for the first 30 minutes of the game, spotted them 2 goals, and ended up 30 seconds from a win and that tells you how the Wings really can dominate the Pens. I also feel they play better now that it's sort of a must win. They will play better tonight and let's face it, the Wings are (by far) the better team. Fluery is ridiculous and the ONLY reason this series is still going. I'm thinking the smart money has to be on the Wings. I said earlier Wings in 6!

Yea youre totally right about the 1st... but you could definitely say that the period wasnt really one sided either.  Both teams came out flat, and the pens got two good bounces... after that... it was clear to me that the wings turned on the jets and took over.  They were clearly the dominant team in the 2nd and 3rd.
 
Fleury has not been incredible all season or for that matter all series.  He has however been able to stand on his head for a game here and there.  As long as he doesnt do it for 2 more in a row the wings are good. 
 
That is the difference here.  You always know what you are going to get from Zetts, Dats, Lids, Drapes and Rafalski... but you never know what team is going to show up for the pens... (th young high flying, cup hungry pens, or the inexperienced overmatched uncertain pens.  We shall see.

Say what you will, but I believe the wings deserved the win in the end last game. Most of the overtime looked like a wings powerplay (including most of the pens powerplays). They are clearly the ones dictating the play and passing the puck like the russians in 72. The line was around -290 last game and now youre getting the wings at almost even. For the value you have to pound the wings here, period. Are the pens going to pull one of the biggest turnarounds in stanley cup history and come back from a 3-1 deficit? I think not. So they either win tonight or they win in a couple days. History repeats itself. Go with the guys that have been there before, and like I said this is a clearance price that you will not get next game. Oh wait, there wont be a next game :). 2 units on the wings. PENS proved they can compete w/ the Wings at home or on the road. 
 
Fleury's on fire, which will allow his team to play more relaxed and in control, while the Wings struggle to hold them at bey.
 
DET called for mysterious penalties, leading to a game 6 back in PITT
 
NHL wants/needs a 7th game...
 
 
Don't be fooled... PENS ML +115 ...is the only play
