I am not proud to be an American watching us either not even show up at past Ryders over seas or choke away big leads...even worse, watching Individual losers like Garcia(the European Tiger, remember?) dance with glee as he gets lots of help winning the Cup like he was Nick Faldo or something...

Point being what is god's name would make you think this time will be any different? Phil never plays well, DJ is a train wreck under pressure..and DL3 for the Captain? Dude, seriously, what could you possibly offer in mental toughness and inspiration on Sunday?
I kid you not, we'd have a better shot with Nick Saban..

Europe +165

I tend to agree. I really like Europe's lineup BUT wish Alex Noren was in for Chris Wood. Rory McIlroy is "hot as chinese mustard" right now. would NOT be surprised to see him WIN every match he is involved with

I think I better GIVE UP on THIS bullsh!t. obviously I do NOT know HOW to handicap match play golf. IF Rory McIlroy can NOT win his matches, it's gonna be a LONG Ryder Cup for Team Europe

well the afternoon matches make ME feeling like >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txG_QEoNwSA. Rory and "Salt", the two Spaniards and Rose and Stenson come back with easy wins in the afternoon four ball for Team Europe BUT Kaymer and Willett fall in their butt.

maybe "alternate shot" is just NOT Europe's "thing". we will see Saturday morning

Saturday early "alternate shot" match play odds

Mcilroy/Pieters -135 vs Mickelson/Fowler +115
Stenson/Fitzpatrick +105 vs Snedeker/Koepka -125
Rose/Wood +105 vs Walker/Z Johnson -125
Garcia/Cabrera-Bello +110 vs Spieth/Reed -130

tempted by the Spanish pair BUT the Euro's seem to have an aversion to alternate shot IF Friday was any indicator

well nothing's changed yet-too early..but I took Koepka/Snedeker this morning ..that Koepka kid has the right mentality...he didn't ast like he was surprised he won for the first time...

But we better not have Phil in the back of the 1 on 1's tomorrow...he's barely there

Stenson, Pieters and Phil for me...

Hope we don't blow all the early matches because it could get scary if we do...really risky to burn Reed early when he could be reliable later...

Why didn't the Poulter get picked this time?
