The Greek US Open Futures

Yesterday I put a future down on Fowler at +2250 (I assumed for the US Open). I only remember them having futures up for one tournament, but I may not be remembering properly. Today I noticed that my future is for the "2017 Open Championship", which I would interpret to mean the British Open. To complicate things, they only have futures currently for the PGA Championship.

I was going to contact them but then decided it could be an opportunity for them to reconsider and tell me my future is for the British, even if that's not actually true.

Any comments? Anyone else put a future down there? Am I way overthinking this?

The Open Championship is always the British.

Ya I agree. I see a few possibilities:

1) They had British Open and US open odds up yesterday and have since taken them down. If this is the case I'm not sure why I didn't notice multiple tournaments.

2) They had US Open odds yesterday and that's what I bet on but for some reason it's mistakenly labeled when I review my bets. This seems unlikely, but is probably the only situation in which I might not be screwed. I don't know how the evaluation of bets works. If it's coded in their system as US Open but mislabeled on my bet slip might it be paid out automatically if Fowler wins? (Without a human reviewing)

3) They meant to have US Open odds up but by accident put them up as British Open. I didn't notice the title because it was the only market available. In this case they meant to post US Open odds and I meant to bet on US Open odds but I'm still probably screwed either way. If Fowler wins they will say my bet is for the British.

Would you contact them? Or might I be screwing myself on the off chance 2) is true?

I understand that anyone reading this probably assumes 1) is true and that I'm just stupid. But if 1) is the case, why are The Open odds nowhere to be found today?

Rickie was 18/1 at close though so you were never betting on the US Open. I'd leave it alone, maybe the kid goes back to back!

Two more things I'll say and then I'll stop for now.

On Monday or Tuesday I went through my 5 books and put down the odds of the guys I was considering betting on in a spreadsheet. Then on Wednesday when I placed my bets I went and did the same thing to make sure I was getting the best odds. The odds at The Greek hadn't changed on the three guys I was considering. So if I was indeed looking at the wrong tournament then I did it twice, which seems pretty unbelievable to me.

I still have the odds from the other books in my spreadsheet, He was +2200 at Bet365, so +2250 isn't unreasonable.

Well, I guess I'm obsessed with trying to figure this out. I emailed them (but not from the email address I have on my account). I thought this would provide the best opportunity to get an honest answer. I said that I went to their book trying to find odds for the British and hadn't seen any. I then asked if they'd had odds up for it recently. They wrote back and said they have not posted odds for The Open yet. So it's anyone's guess what the hell is going on at this point.
