I have waited a long time to back him in the right spot.

Young and Denny are in a class of their own in this field.

Im truly surprised Young is playing in this and not focusing on the major next week in Scotland.

I believe he knows this is his to win and is going all in here for the Fed Ex points.

Rarely take a favorite in the field but this is too good to pass up.

Solid round for Young besides 18.

I expect him to come out laser focused playing in the AM.

Hes making the putts.

Really like everything I am seeing.

Young is a run-away favorite now. He can score low and put this away. 

I really like how Werenski, Bhatia, Hun An, Kuest, and Ne Smith handled the front 9. If they can do the same on the back 9, they can score nine under tomorrow. They got their birdies through good approach shots. I threw $15 bucks on each for round 2 leader. 

If anyone is gonna have a big come back I think it is Hun An.

Out of those I’m a fan of Bhatia and An.

I’ve been following Bhatia closely since the Mexico event where he came in 3rd.  He’s a great player but always tends to fade on Saturday and Sunday.

AN is also a great player.  Been following him close since the Bryon Nelson.  He has a great iron game and his approach is great.  His downside is there always seems to be a hole or two he double bogeys or worse on.  He needs to be consistent through all 18.

Lastly, the biggest difference between Cameron Young and the field, is his experience, although not winning, he has been in the biggest games with the biggest names.

St. Andrews- came in 2nd behind Cam Smith and 3rd with Rory.

Match Play this year- came in 2nd to Sam Burns.  All the big names were in this torny.

This torny with all respect is not on the same level.  He won’t have the nerves these other guys you’ve mentioned will have come Saturday and Sunday.

Mr boa. Should I bet anyone else to hedge this thing, I know NOTHING about golf but this guy seems to be money

The back 9 (holes 10-18) are a lot easier on this course compared to the front 9 (holes 1-9).

with that being said, unless Young entitely blows up the front 9, he should be the leader after today.

I would not take a hedge position until Sunday if necessary because I think you will get better value as the field continues to stay stagnant and young continues to excel

it’s hard to hedge early because there are so many players that could have a great day and then fade

i also got that McCarthy guy at the same odds, sports interaction has this thing where it gives you a random golf for +12500. First time I’ve ever got the top golfers, I always thought it was rigged to give you the shot golfers lol

Wow- those are good odds 

It doesn’t surprise me they give it out, picking the outright in golf is one of the hardest things to do in all sports.

With that said, I’ve followed Young his entire career and his downfall has always been missing puts less than 10ft.  He has made them all but one I believe.

The only guy at this point I think can catch him is Ludvig Aberg.  I went to Texas tech and know how good this kid is.

He faded hard last week on Saturday and Sunday. So until proven otherwise, I’ll continue riding Cam with a 3 shot lead.

Absolutely choked the tournament away, not sure if the pressure got to him but what an awful round :(
