Can't replace him since he teed off, and he's done as a selection for you guys.  It really sucks.  As rare as WD's are, it seems like something like this happens once or twice every year where someone withdraws and several people had him selected for that week.

noticed a LOT of people played Perez this week because he is an Arizona native, played golf at Arizona State and shot well for T-4th last week @ Torrey Pines

You can replace him up until the tee time, which unfortunately didn't happen.  LIke it was said...it does happen once or twice a year, and it sucks.  And yes, he is done for your selections for the year.
