WTF? Don't you normally start at Torrey Pines? Can't keep up with all these changes and already a week missed. Combine that with the fact covers made a mess of the forumns...It all equals I'm out. Looks like you're missing some of the main players, Seems to me like this year is going to suck. This contest is officially ruined and dead.

The final rules will be finalized around the middle of the season, but it's usually the top 16 players moving on with a round robin type scoring system.10. For every regular season winning pick you will receive a stroke bonus for the playoffs should you make it! Good luck to all...and let's get it on once again!! Damn!!! We're starting already?!?

I agree with clepto to a point. It looks like some of the regulars missed this week. It happened to me last year as well. I always run my one and done league to start a t Torrey Pines. That's when CBS/NBC start their coverage and people get excited about golf. The few tournaments before that are dumb. Not trying to change what your doing CM but there has to be a way to get our regulars in without them being punished.

. So some regulars don’t have their shut together and we’re supposed to feel sorry for them? Time for new blood!

Alright...I've done some research and digging like hell through about 5000 pages of posts and spreadsheets and realized that we did start this season early. I've decided that I will not punish anyone that missed this week with a double missed cut. For some reason I thought we ran 32 weeks instead of the usual 30. I'm getting old...forgive me please!!
Sending out a PM to all previous champions and regulars to try and boost it up...let's get em all back!

First tournament the main Networks pick up, a weekend when most people start getting ready for Golf. Today was the first time I even looked at the golf forum in months. This new format at covers is annoying anyways, I'm out regardless. Was a good run.

Thinking of keeping the same general rules as the past couple years...keeping the same 8 double points weeks.
If anyone has any suggestions as to how to make this year a ton better, as always lay it on me and let's take it to a vote!!

I like the idea of getting bonus points for every winning pick, so will probably keep that...was thinking maybe if you get a winning pick, you get to re-use that player? A nice little incentive added in there?
